What Happens If I Cancel?

A plain-English guide to cancellation, your ownership rights, and the activation fee refund policy. No fine print. No surprises.

The Short Version

Cancel anytime. Keep everything. No fees.

Give one month's written notice. Pay one final monthly fee covering the notice period. Receive everything the engine produced during your engagement. Walk away with no penalties, no obligations, and no ongoing relationship with AISE unless you choose one.

How to Cancel

One step. One email.

Send written notice. Email your AISE account contact stating that you wish to cancel. Include your company name and the date you're sending the notice.

AISE confirms receipt. We will confirm receipt of your notice in writing within one business day. The one-month notice period begins from that confirmation date.

One final invoice. Your final monthly fee covers the notice period month only. No additional charges are applied. The engine continues operating in full through the end of the notice period.

Everything is delivered. Within 14 business days of the final day of service, AISE delivers all of your assets, data, and materials in standard portable formats. See the full list below.

Data permanently deleted. Within 30 days of delivery, AISE permanently deletes all Client data from its systems, unless retention is required by applicable law.
What You Keep

Everything the engine built for you is yours.

The following are your property upon cancellation, delivered in full with no conditions:

  • All content produced during your engagement — articles, emails, ads, social posts, scripts, landing page copy, and all other written and creative assets
  • All campaign plans, strategies, playbooks, and briefs developed for your business
  • All research produced during the term — competitive intelligence reports, market analyses, and positioning assessments
  • Your complete SEO infrastructure — keyword strategies, content architecture, and ranking data
  • Your mailing lists — every contact and subscriber list developed or grown during the engagement
  • Your client and prospect data — all contact records, lead profiles, and prospect research
  • Your CRM data — all pipeline records, deal history, and contact databases maintained during the term
  • All campaign performance data and reporting history — every report and dashboard produced
What You Do Not Keep

The technology stays with AISE.

  • Access to the AISE technology platform, AI systems, or software after your engagement ends
  • Any ongoing license to use AISE's proprietary tools, methodologies, or infrastructure
  • The ability to run future campaigns through AISE systems without a new agreement

To be direct: the outputs and data are yours. The engine that produced them is not. This is consistent with what the AISE website states and with what you paid for — a managed service, not a technology license.

Activation Fee Refund Policy

Fully refundable before deployment begins.

The Activation Fee is fully refundable if you choose not to deploy the engine for any reason, at any time before deployment commences. No explanation required. No partial refund — the full amount is returned.

Once deployment has commenced — meaning AISE has begun building your intelligence layer, campaign architecture, or any deliverable specific to your business — the Activation Fee is non-refundable. You will retain all work produced to that point.

If AISE fails to deploy the engine within 30 days of receiving your Activation Fee payment, you are entitled to a full refund upon written request. No questions asked.

Refunds are issued within 10 business days of approval to the original payment method.

No Penalties. Ever.

There are no early termination fees.

There is no minimum contract term. There is no auto-renewal clause. There are no fees for cancelling before any particular date. The one-month notice period is the only financial obligation associated with cancellation beyond your current billing cycle.

We operate this way because performance is always the focus. The best insurance against cancellation is delivering results — not a contract clause.
